Dejamos cocinar a fuego medio alto hasta que reduzca toda el agua, probamos la quinoa por si necesita más agua y más cocción.
  5. Servimos y a comer! Estaba muy bueno, pero recomiendo usar mejor caldo de verduras para que le de más sabor (yo no tenía por eso use agua)
