- En un bol poner la harina, hacer un hueco y echar la leche con la levadura, remover desde el centro e ir integrando la harina, después añadir el puré frío y mezclar bien.
- En un bol aparte mezclar los huevos con el azúcar, las dos cucharadas de miel, y la sal, mezclar bien. Lo echamos a la masa y lo integramos bien, empezamos a amasar, en este punto si la masa está muy líquida puedes añadir un poco de harina.
- Añadir la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente e ir integrándola bien, seguimos amasando, si la masa está muy pegajosa, amasa en reposos de 10 minutos, cada diez minutos, dobla la masa sobre si misma, tapa y déjala reposar de nuevo, así hasta que tengas una masa suave y brillante que se despegue de las paredes
- La dejamos reposar 1 hora y media o 2 horas, hasta que doble su volúmen, la dejamos tapada
- Pasado ese tiempo la desgasificamos apretando un poco la masa y la dividimos en 4 porciones, la dejamos reposar de nuevo unos 45 minutos
- Pasado ese tiempo, pintar con leche y poner las semillas, meter al horno precalentado a 180° C unos 45/ 50 minutos, dependerá un poco del horno, calor arriba y abajo
- Si la parte de arriba se tuesta demasiado puedes tapar con papel de aluminio
- Así queda por dentro
