- Picamos la berenjena y el calabacín y añadimos a la sartén
- Picamos las setas y agregamos, seguimos pochando
- Ponemos la carne y movemos
- Ponemos en la picadora el tomate, las especias, la sal y el vino blanco, picamos hasta que quede líquido y cuando la carne esté medio hacer añadimos a la sartén y movemos durante 10 minutos a fuego medio
- Mientras sacamos la zanahoria, calabaza y boniato y lo ponemos en un bol, trituramos para hacer un puré
- En una placa de horno ponemos papel de horno y ponemos una capa de puré, una capa de la carne, otra de puré y así hasta terminar (yo hice dos capas de carpe y tres de puré contando la base) ponemos queso por encima
- Con el horno precalentado a 200° metemos durante 10 minutos, y 5 minutos más solo con la parte de arriba, es conveniente dejar reposar unos minutos para que no se desmonte o bien usar un molde al meterlo al horno
- Y ¡listo para comer!
