- Vamos precalentando el horno a 180ºC.
En un cazo calentamos la mantequilla junto con el caramelo a fuego lento. Lo retiramos del fuego y lo dejamos reposar para que enfríe un poco. - En un cuenco añadimos los copos de avena, el coco, los dátiles, los arándanos, las pipas, los frutos secos troceados y las uvas pasas.
- Añadimos al cuenco la mezcla de mantequilla y caramelo y lo removemos todo bien.
- Preparamos un molde de horno con papel parafinado y lo cubrimos con la mezcla anterior.
- Horneamos durante 15 minutos a 180º C o hasta que veamos que empieza a dorarse.
- Dejamos reposar 5 minutos y con un cuchillo cortamos la masa en 12 barritas. Dejamos que atemperen y las llevamos al frigorífico al menos 2 horas antes de consumirla.
- Yo las guardo en papel film y me duran bastante tiempo en el frigorífico.
- Además podemos sustituir prácticamente cada ingrediente por alguno que nos guste más. El resultado es una barrita con un sabor fantástico que nos aportará la energía que necesitamos. Os aseguro que están mejor que las compradas y siempre a nuestro gusto.
