Engrasamos un molde con mantequilla y harina, y vertemos la mezcla; hornearemos el bizcocho, entre 40-50 minutos, dependiendo del horno (yo a los 30 minutos le he puesto un papel albal, para que no se dorase demasiado el bizcocho y a los 40 minutos he pinchado un palillo, y como ya me salía limpio, lo he sacado del horno). Dejamos enfriar y lo desmoldamos.
