- En una sartén pequeña y sin aceite, tostar ligeramente los piñones.
- Mientras, hervir las margaritas (o cualquier otro tipo de pasta) en el agua salada hasta que esté al dente. Escurrir, reservando parte del agua de la cocción.
- Añadir la pasta a la calabaza e incorporar 100 ml del agua de la cocción. Remover con cuidado para que se integren bien los sabores. Añadir el queso rallado y rectificar de sal y pimienta si fuera necesario.
- Servir inmediatamente con los piñones y un poco más de queso rallado por encima.
