  5. Añadimos el resto de ingredientes siguiendo este orden: la calabaza, el aceite de girasol, la harina, la levadura, la sal, la canela y las nueces. Mezclamos durante 15 segundos, a velocidad 4. Si no se ha mezclado todo bien, lo hacemos con la espátula.
  6. Echamos esta mezcla en el molde que previamente hemos engrasado y enharinado. Metemos al horno y dejamos que se haga durante 50-60 minutos, a 170ºC o hasta que al pincharlo con un palillo, éste salga limpio.
  7. Retiramos del horno, esperamos a que temple, desmoldamos y dejamos enfriar sobre una rejilla.
