  3. Poner los garbanzos escurridos en la olla exprés junto con el agua de los langostinos colado, y una hoja de laurel. Cocer suave. ( yo lo hice en olla común con caldo de pescado )
  4. En una sartén con un poco de aceite, freír 2 rebanadas de pan y 2 dientes de ajo. Cuando esté dorado, sacar y poner en el vaso de la batidora. ( yo lo hice en el mortero )
  5. En el mismo aceite, freír 1 cebolla, 2 pimientos verdes y 2 tomates pelados, todo picado. ( yo le puse zanahoria que me encanta )
  6. Sacar y batir junto con el pan y el ajo fritos, perejil picado y un buen chorro de vino fino. Añadírselo a la olla de los garbanzos junto con 4 rodajas de chorizo ibérico, y cocer tapado unos 25´ a fuego suave. ( yo no le puse chorizo )
  7. Abrir, comprobar que están tiernos y añadir los langostinos pelados. Cocer hasta que se hagan y servir.
  8. La verdad que estaban deliciosos .
