  1. En un bowl colocamos la harina y hacemos un hueco, y en el medio colocamos el aceite, el azúcar, el puré de calabaza(yo lo hago en el microondas) y la levadura, en el borde colocamos la sal. Vamos a agregar agua tibia hasta que formemos un bollo que no se nos pegue en las manos. Y lo dejamos descansar hasta que duplique tamaño.
  2. Al mío lo deje leudar 1 hora. Luego desgasificamos la masa, le damos forma al pan y lo volvemos a dejar leudar. Vieron como vuelve a crecer? Quede impactado jaja
  3. Pintamos con huevo batido y cocinamos en horno de 200°C aproximadamente 25-30 minutos. Queda muy rico! Es perfecto para comer con queso.
